Encore is a paid, eleven-week program that eases the transition back into the workforce. Participants are assigned to a client engagement and have access to Deloitte’s innovative leader development curriculum. Deloitte professionals serve as mentors and help you network and leverage our resources. You also may be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program. Professionals who voluntarily leave the workforce can find that going back to work is daunting. Encore participants are given opportunities to learn from each other and network with Deloitte professionals during the program.

The program will run September – December 2016 in Deloitte Consulting LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. We are looking for professionals who have had a break from employment for two or more years (applicants with lesser than a two year break from employment will be considered on a case to case basis).
